We visited TP Tea at the Arbor Village Shopping Center for the first time on 8.14.26, purely on a whim. There are so many places boba/milk tea shops to choose from in Irvine but this is where we ended up and it was a very pleasant surprise! We loved both choices we ordered: Lychee Berry Smoothie & Mango Passion Smoothie, but the Lychee Berry edged out the other one slightly because of it's flavor distinct lychee profile. Keep in mind that TP Tea's drinks are designed around Taiwanese teas so they are unique in that they are not like typical boba shops, where they lean more on syrups, flavors, toppings, & sweetness - which I still love haha. TP Tea's drinks emphasis the flavor of the tea but still offer smoothies as well. Yay! Even though we ordered smoothies on the first visit instead of what they are known for which are their teas, it was only because we didn't want caffeine at almost 9pm lol We didn't really stay inside to enjoy our drinks because they have very limited seating and not much for ambiance like other boba shops we have visited. Awesome. No crazy line, but the store was just starting to fill in. Plenty of seating. Fast! I barely sat down. I orders the traditional thai tea with 50% sweetener as I'm diabetic type 1! So the option to have less was great and it came out perfect in taste.

Okay, this place is genuinely one of my favorites. I’ve been coming here since the soft launch religiously, and it always hits. The tea is high quality and the boba to tea ratio is perfect in every cup. The atmosphere is always clean. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I come here at least twice a week, and I honestly recommend it to anyone looking for great boba. MUST TRY!

Tasty! 😋 I was glad to see that their drinks and menu are consistent with their other locations. Everything tasted amazing, and they have a huge variety to choose from. My mom is crazy picky when it comes to her boba drink, but she really enjoyed the TGY Family Milk Tea! Be sure to adjust the sweetness level of the drinks to your liking -- I recommend 50% for everything! 👌🏻 * TGY Family Milk Tea 🧋: 10/10 - yummy toppings and good flavor * Lychee Aloe Fruit Tea: 10/10 - just the way I like my lychee teas * Passion Fruit Green Tea: 7/10 - tea itself was a bit more sour than expected * Boba: 8/10 - soft and chewy but smaller than we would like The shop is located in the popular Arbor Village Center, so parking will be quite difficult. The workers were very friendly and welcoming, even though they were very busy at the time. The interior also has a booth and some tables to sit at, but I don't recommend it for large groups. Compared to the other boba shops in the area, their prices are pretty reasonable, and we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area! 😊
